Can someone provide a ballpark cost of having a Forester review my property (115 Acres of 50+yr old woods).
I received an offer for stump cutting the property but I'm not knowledgeable about timber. I need to get a 2nd/3rd opinion on the offer and the quality and quantity of the wood.
